We notice that older campers are being flooded out by newer one. We normally take up to 5 years old but if your camper is still in mint condition we are open to looking at it to see if we think it would rent out well.

We always say that you can expect normal wear and tear like scratches on the counter, cushions looking used. Your camper is going from getting use 1 to 2 times a year to almost every weekend. We have never had any major damage in the 5 years of renting campers but we make all of our renter pay a deductible for minor damage and they are also required to purchase a insurance plan that covers your property while they have it. So in the situation your camper does get damaged, it will be covered 100%.

It is hard for us to give you a number, as we can't be 100% sure on how your camper will rent out. We can give you past year numbers when we meet so you can have an idea of what is possible.
